Shipping & Returns Luisa Peixoto Design Unipessoal Lda. respects the deadlines of an order as long as stocks are available. In the event that one of the ordered products is not available in stock, Luisa Peixoto Design Unipessoal Lda. will contact the customer by e-mail or by telephone within a maximum of 3 working days from the date of order.
Luisa Peixoto Design Unipessoal Lda. will use its best efforts to deliver the products on time, but will not be liable in case of delay for any reason and can not be held liable in case of delay for any reason, namely strikes or adverse weather conditions, as these may cause transportation delays.

The return of the products, as well as the delivery of your substitutes or the issuance of a credit note or cash refund, will be made on a date agrred by both parties. You should always return the products in their original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.
